Tips When Emailing a Grievance Officer
- Use the subject line format: "Formal Consumer Complaint — [Issue] — Order/Reference No. [X]"
- Attach evidence as PDFs — invoice, screenshots, chat transcripts
- Set a clear deadline — "Please respond within 15 days, after which I will approach the National Consumer Helpline and EDAAKHIL consumer court"
- Request a read receipt or send CC to yourself to document delivery
- For formal legal notices, email alone is not sufficient — send by registered post as well, and keep the postal receipt
